1) Program Details

This program shall equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge to operate the human resource management’s functions in organizations. While the traditional functions within Human Resource such as compensation, benefits, and training and employee relations remain, our graduates will be more technologically-inclined, meeting the needs of today's fast-paced business world.

2) Entry Requirement

PASS Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) / O- Level with at least THREE (3) credits in any subjects.

OR

Any other qualifications that are recognized by the Malaysian Government.

4) Industry Exposure

Students will be exposed to working experience in their related fields for at least 3 months at well-established organization.  This may help the students to increase the knowledge through job trainings and strengthen their soft skills such as self-confidence, teamwork, leadership etc. Students will also experience real entrepreneur activities and other activities, which expose students to the community.

5)  Pathway to Further Study

Holders of this diploma further their studies at any local or foreign universities (with transfer credit where applicable)

• Bachelor in Business and Administration programmes – a continuation from any of Diploma programmes
• Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) Human Resource Management
• Bachelor of Science (Human Resource Development)
